These conditions are most clearly stated in the Yandex Offer. Based on Article 190 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the period can be determined not only by indicating a calendar date or the expiration of a period of time, but by defining an event that must inevitably occur. It seems that the write-off of funds can be considered such an event, since its occurrence does not objectively depend on the will of the parties, because the final price and number of paid actions within the Advertising Campaign are also related to the actions of Internet users. Thus, in our opinion, the method used by Yandex and Google to determine the start and end dates for the provision of services does not contradict the current Russian legislation and can be used by other Internet services.
