If you are interested in remote work in publishing houses, send them your resume. Mann, Ivanov and Ferber is constantly looking for employees. It’s rare to find a vacancy for an editor or proofreader, which you can also try your hand at, but they are interested in new authors.

The children's publishing house "Pink Giraffe" also offers work for copywriters. Send them your manuscript and wait for a response. Keep in mind that it can be given for quite a long time - for one to three months. If you still do not receive an answer, it means that the work has not been accepted.

Average salary of a copywriter per month

Even he himself often cannot calculate how much a freelancer earns. Copywriters are no exception. Even after reading a bunch of reviews on the Internet and specialized forums, it is difficult to understand how much and how customers pay.

Our survey statistics showed that:

  • Many copywriters combine writing texts with offline work. The workload of such authors does not exceed 4-6 hours a day. The average monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 40,000 rubles, depending on the specialization and qualifications of the copywriter.
  • Authors who make money only from copywriting usually devote 6 to 12 hours a day to work. Their earnings usually start from 40,000 and can reach 60,000, 80,000 and even 100,000 rubles per month (you can earn this much by completing, for example, 2 landing page prototypes or a small funnel of letters per week).

Conclusion:

It is quite possible to earn the average salary in the city and even more by copywriting. But for this “more” to happen, you will have to devote no less time to writing texts than when working offline. And a lot depends on whether you will be able to collect a sufficient volume of orders to use your working capacity to full capacity.

Why the quality of copywriting has no effect on earnings

In my short life, I have seen so many unfortunate copywriters who literally shoveled money. I still wonder how they manage to do it. Maybe they know hypnosis or something else. It doesn't matter, though. The main thing is that they produce illiterate texts and get good money for it.

But this is not the most interesting thing: I know excellent authors who wrote for pennies. Well, they didn’t get any normal customers, so they had to deal with regular customers who had a limited budget.
