There is a certain list of stages for opening a recreation center. If you follow them consistently, you can create a successful business.
The first stage of opening a recreation center is to find a place for it. It is worth looking for an area near a body of water. The ideal option would be a river or lake. The opportunity to swim in the summer not only in a pool, but also in a natural body of water will attract more customers. Also, the advantage of the chosen territory will be its close location to the forest. Since the Russian expanses are rich in dense forests, finding a place for a recreation center among the pine trees is not difficult.
But, you shouldn’t go too deep with the territory, since it is necessary to provide easy access to the recreation center from urban areas. Not all clients will be able to arrive by car, so there should be a stop for public transport not far from the base.
The next step will be to determine the area of the land plot. It is best to rent it on long-term terms. The size of the territory will depend on the planned scale of the visit, the services provided and the wishes of the businessman. On average, a recreation center can accommodate 50-250 visitors.
The third stage is the construction of the recreation facilities themselves. It’s best if you can find an area with already built houses. Making cosmetic and even major repairs will still be easier than building something from scratch.

When developing a residential plan, it is necessary to provide space for staff. If we are talking about a suburban complex, then many employees remain to live in the complex during working days. Here you need to calculate what is cheaper: provide them with daily transportation home or provide them with living space.

If the territory allows, you can open a separate area for hunting and fishing. And having access to the river will make it possible to supplement the list of services with water activities.
