How to open your own business
To start producing edible tableware, you need to decide what exactly you intend to produce and buy equipment. When opening an LLC, you need an authorized capital of at least 10,000 rubles.
A permit from Rospotrebnadzor and a conclusion from the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station are also required. OKVED code 10, that is, production of food products, is most often used 10.89.9, “Production of other food products not included in other groups.” Depending on what kind of edible tableware will be produced, sometimes other classifiers may be required, for example, a separate code is needed for a confectionery product.
It is better to pay taxes according to a simplified scheme. There is not much reporting on it, and the rate is low. Standard - 6%, and when using the expense deduction scheme - 15%. In regions they can be reduced by up to 1 and 5%, respectively.
The main risk is the still low demand. It is not so serious for a small-scale business, but to minimize it, it is still advisable to conduct a large-scale advertising campaign.
