Training at Dodo Pizza consists of two parts. At the first stage, the entrepreneur must go from pizza maker to manager of a chain of pizzerias. To do this, he works in the kitchen for ten days, then learns to manage the staff of one point, and then a chain of several pizzerias. Yana Lozhkina opened a cafe with sandwiches in Sarapul in May 2012. But after six months, the fast food business had to be closed due to low profitability.
