Our conversation will focus directly on the request of your clients and young entrepreneurs specifically to you. — Roman, before we begin our main conversation, I would still like to ask you about the three businesses that you currently operate. What is your experience based on?

— Once again, good afternoon everyone. As far back as I can remember, I was an entrepreneur from school, selling newspapers. After college, I opened a company with my fellow students, which we successfully developed for 16 years. At the same time, he opened several more manufacturing companies, also from scratch. These companies currently exist. He left a number of companies by selling his stake in the business. Now I have attracted investments and opened my fourth company, of which I am the founder and CEO. The company operates in the field of B2B supplies of industrial equipment.

— What did the first three companies do?

— Two of them are manufacturing companies, one of them is also a supplier in the field of B2B sales, that is, this is wholesale trade in industrial equipment and consumables from Japan, Europe and China.

— One of the companies that deals with supplies, my previous one, at the time of my departure there was a turnover of half a billion rubles a year, manufacturing companies were slightly above 50 million rubles a year. But there are production companies, there is more margin.

— And as for this fourth company that you mentioned regarding the supply of equipment, is this what you are doing now?

— Yes, this is what I’m passionate about now, I’ve been actively promoting a company, a startup, so to speak, for a year and a half, but this is a startup that is successfully growing and developing, and in a year and a half we have done a lot.

“It started when we were quarantined at home, for the first month few people needed the equipment, everything collapsed in the country. Then the market came to life. And I sat for a long time and thought what I was doing. And the thought came to me that, in principle, I am not selling equipment, but selling people a business. After talking with several clients, showing the equipment, I saw interest among these clients, but the fear that this is something new is difficult to open from scratch. And it turns out that I kind of want it, but since the companies that are now buying equipment from me, and where I brought clients, already had experience in production, and are purchasing equipment from me in order to expand the range of services, it is easier for them business point of view. And when you have no experience in the manufacturing business, and you see that there is work, there is a result, but you don’t know where to start, then this slows you down with the purchase.

— As I said earlier, I opened several manufacturing companies from scratch, I have a technical director, an executive director, who also has a background in manufacturing companies that led companies. I have people working on tenders, I also have HR managers and marketers. And we basically don’t use all this experience. We mainly use our experience in sales. And with the experience behind us, we realized that we can also offer and give to people. Roughly speaking, we do not provide consulting services, as they do on the market; we offer to buy our time, which we previously spent studying how to open a manufacturing business from scratch. — That is, relatively speaking, when an entrepreneur comes across your business, your offer, he sees a business idea. But any business idea must also be sorted into its component parts, parts, and it must be put together in order for it to work. And so, in fact, in addition to offering a person a business idea, you also help to assemble and launch this business idea. Did I hear you correctly?

- Yes. We suggest becoming the founder of your own company, buying someone else’s business, which already has its own disadvantages, its own drawn-up analytics, clients who may leave. We offer a person who wants to become a business owner to open it independently, with our help, and become 100% its founder.

— Should an entrepreneur already be such an educated entrepreneur? What level of training should the person who approaches you have?

- No, not necessarily. You just need the desire to have something of your own. And these can be two categories of clients. This could be an investor who is passive, he wants to invest money somewhere and at the same time do something of his own. In this case, we hire the head of the company and open a business. He is its sole owner, but the business operates without him.

And the second option, which has received more response now, is young people, one or several, after college or older, already having experience, they are either already tired of what they have been doing for a long time, or this business is now not bringing the desired result, and they are looking for something new. - Yes. And by receiving our experience, in a short period of time they get their own company, their own business. That is, we have a minimum time to open an entire business – 4 months. After 4 months, people become owners of a real company, where all the money they spent was spent on equipment. That is, they did not spend anything for consultations, everything was official, under a contract, turnkey, with a guarantee. And we are cooperating not only at this moment, but we will also continue to cooperate for many years.
