Despite the fact that a guarantee in writing is not mentioned in the legislation as a legal document, if a disagreement arises between the parties about the failure to fulfill any obligations, it should play the role of evidence for its recipient that the debtor gave an obligation to fulfill the terms of the contract, but did not fulfill them.
