To do this, a plot of municipal land will be leased for a long term (10 years under an agreement with the right to buy or extend upon expiration) for the construction of a site from scratch. It will be used for internal purposes and rented out to middle-class driving schools for training and examinations and to individuals for additional practice.

High demand is expected, since the city has a very high need for a high-quality modern race track. The existing racetracks were built more than 30 years ago and do not meet the new requirements.

For the construction of the race track, we rent from the municipality an area of ​​suitable size within the city.

Purchase of equipment
